Soothing Dialogues
PRIVATE PRACTICE
psychodynamic therapy for empaths, people-pleasers, codependents, echoists, and survivors of narcissistic abuse
WHAT'S IN A NAME?
Therapy is...
a soothing dialogue
'Dialogue' comes from the Greek language, where dia means 'through' and logos 'word'. 'Soothing' has a Germanic origin and means 'genuine, true'.
Words can change our life - especially when they are genuine and true. Therapy is meant to do just that. I offer traditional talk-therapy and believe that a genuine connection between client and therapist brings about lasting change.
When you love too much
Do you lose yourself in relationships? Do you find yourself always giving in just to make others happy? Do you feel selfish when you say no? Are you having a hard time defining yourself - when all you focus on is being accepted by others? Are you being gaslighted by others that you are narcissistic?
Love addiction is a real thing. There is a way out.
